The 2011 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at the Walt Disney World Resort is filled with well over a hundred different tastes to experience. Portugal: Calamari Salad With Fennel, Smoked Paprika, & Olive Oil
New to the Epcot Food & Wine Festival for 2011 the Portugal kiosk brings 3 first time food offerings including our featured Calamari Salad with Fennel, Smoked Paprika, and Olive Oil.  This cold salad will be an instant favorite for any of you that enjoy calamari.  You will also get to enjoy the calamari in a non breaded healthier form.  For only $2.75 this is a great item to try at this year's festival.

Calamari is not a favorite for everyone, but this mild tasting seafood is definitely worth a try for even the non-adventurous eater.  We would definitely recommend it for trying at the Festival and the low price is a bonus.  Add it to your list of items you should try!
