Canada Marketplace Marketplace - The Review
The Canada Marketplace is one of the most crowded locations at the Epcot F&W Festival each year and this year is no different. Canada has earned this lofty reputation by offering consistently great foods and drinks. The Cheddar Cheese Soup that has been a staple of the Le Cellier Restaurant is expensive and doesn't look overly impressive when photographed in a small paper bowl, but one taste quickly reminds you why so many people are wiling to overpay to get a few bites of this incredibly tasty soup.
We also sampled one of our all-time Disney World favorites the "Le Cellier" Wild Mushroom Filet Mignon. Although our sample was a little overcooked for our preference it was still incredibly tender and flavorful. A definite winner and a deserved Festival Favorite. Filet Mignon doesn't come cheap, but this is really good!
Our best recommendation is to visit the Canada Marketplace early in the day or mid-afternoon before the big rushes during the evening hours. The food is definitely worth the wait in line!

Dominican Republic Marketplace Marketplace - The Review
The Dominican Republic Marketplace caught our attention because of the great selections of both food and drink to choose from. We tried two different food choices and one drink here. The Lechon Asado was certainly a standout and a qualifies as a Festival Favorite! The pickled onions were truly amazing and we wish we had more.
We also sampled the Peccado con Coco. The grouper was very good and another choice that we definitely enjoyed. Al of the flavors worked well together and we can certainly recommend this dish as well.
The drink we tried was the Frozen Dominican Pina Colada. It was good and a great use of one of our F&W Festival Tasting Sampler Coupons, but I would not recommend spending $11.00 cash for the small tasting size of this drink.

Wine Marketplace Marketplace - The Review
The Wine Marketplace caught our attention because of the incredibly varied selections of wine from the light Pinot Grigio to the heavy Cabernet Sauvignon and 7 other varieties in between. We tried the Line 39 Cabernet Sauvignon and paired it with the Cheese Fondue from the Cheese Studio Marketplace and it made for a wonderful tasting. This Cabernet was dry and really appealed to our tastes.
The fact that this Marketplace offers such a wide choice of wine varietals makes it a great place to try wines no matter whether you are a fan of sweet whites or dry reds there is something for you.

Cheese Studio Marketplace - The Review
The Cheese Studio may not be the most glamorous of the F&W Festival options, but it is definitely worth visiting. The Trio of Artisan Cheeses that is pictured at teh top of this post looks amazing and would be a great optionfor any cheese lover.
The Cheese Fondue may not be a risky choice, but it is certainly a tasty one Whether you combine it with one of the beverage choices from this Marketplace or one of the wines from the neighboring Wine Studio Marketplace, the fondue is a consistently great option to try during the Festival. It is great n its own and pairs well with the dry, bold red wines that are offered.

Olive Oil-poached Salmon at Epcot Food & Wine Festival |
Chew Lab Marketplace - The Review
The Chew Lab caught our attention with an impressive looking menu, but really held it with the great food preparations and the extremely fun Liquid Nitrogen dessert and drink (Smoking Hibiscus).
We tried the Olive Oil-poached salmon and it was delicious! As you can see in the picture above the presentation was excellent and the flavors did not disappoint This is definitely a dish to add to your list of Festival items that you should try.

Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle at the Chew Lab |
The Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with warm Whiskey Caramel was noted on the menu as a Festival Favorite and we definitely agree. This newcomer to the Festival is definitely a winner that fans will want to enjoy this year and hope returns again for future Festivals. As fun as it was to watch this dessert be prepared, it was even better to get to eat it. Each of the components worked well together and the Whiskey caramel sauce absolutely amazing!!!
This kiosk absolutely did the chefs from The Chef proud, and may win votes for "Best Overall Marketplace" for the 2015 Epcot Food & Wine Festival!

Sustainable Chew Marketplace - The Review
Whenever there is something new at the Epcot Food &Wine Festival it is definitely worth a close look and that is what we at the Only WDWorld Blog did. We started by trying the Pork Spareribs (pictured above) and we were certainly not disappointed. The meat was tender and flavor. It was well complimented by the cheesy mascarpone grits. This was one of our favorites of the entire festival.

Vanilla Panna Cotta from Sustainable Chew |
The next item that we tried was the dessert offering here, which was the Vanilla Panna Cotta with fresh figs and pistachio brittle. This dessert was not one of our favorites. The texture was a little gummy and the flavors did not impress. For full disclosure, our taster is not a big fan of figs, so if you are you may have a different opinion.

Frozen Chew-tini at Epcot Food & Wine Festival |
