Review of Baseline Tap House At Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney's Hollywood Studios has a brand new place to enjoy a drink and some snacks and Only WDWorld was there to check it out!

Disney World has added a number of new bars and lounges over the past couple of years to appeal to the adult crowd that spends their vacation at the "Happiest Place On Earth."

Baseline Tap House at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Located in the former home of The Writer's Stop next to The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, the Baseline Tap House has a brand new look and feel compared to the previous tenant.  There is a gorgeous outdoor location for guests to bring their snacks and drinks if it gets too crowded inside or they just want to enjoy the Florida weather.

The craft beers, wines, and cocktails all have California roots fitting the backstory of this Tap House set in a former Print Shop.

The inside is somewhat sparse in regard to decorations, but the bar has a really cool looking tap system to deliver the draft craft beers. There is not much indoor seating available.  You must go to the bar to order also since there is not currently any waitstaff besides the bartenders.

Review of Baseline Tap House

We decided to visit the Baseline Tap House near the 11:00 am opening time.  We arrived around 11:15 am and it was already starting to fill up.  It definitely looks like this place will get crowded once word gets out and the busy season arrives.

We decided to try a draft beer - Stone Delicious IPA,a non-alcoholic Blue Sky Black Cherry Soda and the Bavarian Pretzel.

The draft beers are all the same price so it is really comes down to what looks good to you.  They come in 2 different sizes 16 oz and 22oz or if you cannot make up your mind you can get a Make-Your-Own Beer Flight with your choice of 4 of the available beers in 5oz cups for $10.50.

Stone Brewery from San Diego has become one of our favorites so we were happy to see them represented here and were not disappointed with the Delicious IPA.

The Blue Sky Black Cherry soda is a craft made soda that has an intense black cherry soda that was very good also

For out snack we enjoyed the Bavarian pretzel with mustard and beer cheese dipping sauces.  They were both good, but we wished that they had gone with a whole grain or other more interesting mustard fitting with the craft beverage theme.

All in all we were very impressed with the Baseline Tap House.  If may have one of if not the best craft beer selection on tap in all of Disney World.  It is definitely a new place to catch a drink at Disney World that you do not want to pass up.
