Ridley Pearson, author of the Kingdom Keepers series is releasing the 3rd installment, Kingdom Keepers III: Disney In Shadows on April 6th, 2010.

Disney World fans have been waiting for this 3rd installment in this series of books for young adults that is based in the Disney World Theme Parks.

Ridley Pearson has written many adult novels and is also known for his very successful Peter & The Starcatchers series about Peter Pan that he has written with Dave Barry.

In the Kingdom Keepers series which started in 2005 with Kingdom Keepers: Disney After Dark, you learn about 5 teens who get jobs at Disney World to serve as the models for special holographic hosts for the Disney World Theme Parks using the new DHI - Daytime Holographic Imaging Technology.

The new technology turns out, however, to have unexpected effects that are both thrilling and scary.  This leads to an exciting adventure through the Magic Kingdom that Disney World fans will enjoy. 

It has elements of the classic good versus evil with the Disney Villians that have come to life being the evil and the Disney Imagineers helping the teens defeat them.

The 2nd installment, Kingdom Keepers II: Disney At Dawn takes place in Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.

The newest book takes our heroes to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

In order to make his stories believable Ridley asked the folks at Disney to allow him full access to the Disney World Parks in order to research his books.  This access was granted and he used it to visit the Disney Parks after hours and behind the scenes so that he could make the Disney World fans really feel that they were there with his characters.

The results are books that young adults and adults alike will enjoy. 

Ridney Pearson will appropriately be at the Walt Disney World Resort on the day that Kingdom Keepers III is released and will be signing books at special sessions for Disney Fans.

Tuesday April 6th, Ridley Pearson will be a Once Upon A Toy in Downtown Disney, signing books from 4:00pm until 6:00 pm and 7:00pm until 8:00pm.

He will also be signing his newest book on April 7th in Epcot at Mouseworks from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.

Even if you are not able to attend the special book signing on April 6th at Disney World, you can still get the book starting on April 6th, 2010 through Amazon.com or at your local Barnes & Noble or on-line. 

The release date for this book has been pushed back several times and Disney World fans like the ones in my family have been waiting to find out what will happen to Finn, Philby, Willa, Charlene, and Maybeck and how Pearson will carry the storyline to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
